	Value Based Solutions was founded by Managing Director Tony Bryan. Tony has held many senior appointments in the private sector including finance executive with BAe Systems and financial controller with Johnson Controls heading up “lean” implementation teams across the automotive sector. 	Heading up the Client Delivery teams is Operations Director, Neil Burns, who, like Tony, came from the automotive industry. 	As a qualified accountant, Project Director and Consultant, Rob Bryan has held various Senior Finance roles in the Engineering and Property Sectors and moved into Corporate Strategy for one of Australia’s largest Property Groups, including leading on the financials for the largest commercial acquisition of land in Australian history.
